"For the record, I'm tired."

Scribbled by Skyler

It's the end of a bender.
I was well on my way to becoming another classic American author, but I stopped sipping the sauce (for now).
Two days strong so far.

I've regressed to that Black Bean Water.

There's less than a week of classes left in the semester and finals are quickly creeping up. I started thinking about what I've learned in these few months and didn't have to think for long. I feel so unaccomplished this semester. My only class for my major was a bust. I could have spent my time better self-educating. Should have heeded Mark Twain's words. I am actually interested in Com Law, but I just can't pick up on the material with the way it's presented.

I've been brewing some ad concepts in my head for some time and it's about time to take action. I took the first step by taking some pics tonight. These two gems will hopefully lead to the image of my next ad.

I'm striving for the "I wish I had thought of that" reaction. Keep 'em crossed.

- I'm getting my Christmas covers playlist together. I found some new ones that I'm really diggin'.
- Valencia's "We All Need A Reason To Believe" has helped me regain trust in pop punk. (You, Me & Everyone We Know's "So Young, So Insane" is helping too.)
- Mr. West's "808's and Heartbreaks" is growing on me, but I refuse to excuse it's ridiculousness.
- I still need to get on that Young Jeezy - "The Recession," T-Pain - "THR33 RINGZ," Q-Tip - "The Renaissance"
- There's been some (relatively) old school hip-hop I've been meaning to brush up on: The Fugees, A Tribe Called Quest, Wu-Tang, etc.

goodnight.
